Alla Nasa sostengono che dal 1999 a oggi su Marte è passata dell'acqua. Hanno trovato dei segni evidenti: ombrelloni, sedie a sdraio e anche una scuola di vela. Che cosa non si fa e non si dice, per qualche dollaro in più. La verità è che la NASA è un costoso relitto della Guerra Fredda. E per sopravvivere deve inventarsene una al giorno.
